NEW:
- Added option to item filters for disabling live search to make it done via button instead (great for users experiencing typing latency)
- Added Price as a sorting option
- Added utility as a filter

CHANGES:
- Removed 'Remember Search' in item filters now enabling 'Remember Filters' will also remember the search
- Updated the look of the dropdown in admin settings
- Removed a lot of console messages that were originally used for debugging but causing a lot of spam
- The Plugin will no longer work without EcoTales, EcoTales used to not be a requirement as the plugin handled money through the plugin but also had support for EcoTales but I removed the economy bit and then forgot to add EcoTales as a dependency
- made Show Armor hide armor and made it called armour on uk languages
