Removed Soft Leather from crafting recipes, replacing it with Light Leather

Fixed a visual issue where certain rods of certain blocks (eg. mana engine) were being snapped to a different y position than all the other rods.

Moved all sendmessage stuff to notificationutil

Moved most reliance on depreciated functions, there is currently only 1 depreciated function in use (BlockState) and it's entire replacement is planned, though very annoying so it will come at a later date.

There's not legacy support in this update (because of trying to remove all the depreciated reliance entirely), so you may have to break and replace any blocks placed in the first jar.
