Loot Fountains

Adds functionality for custom chests which release their loot as dropped items instead of providing an interface.

The plugin includes a "Loot Fountain Demo" block which uses a dummy loot table to demo how to use the functionality of the mod. The intended functionality is for new loot fountain blocks to be made instead (using the demo as a parent or otherwise) to create custom loot fountains with custom drop lists.
