1. Permitted Use

You may download, install and use unmodified official versions of JujutsuHytale for:

- Personal gameplay
- Private multiplayer sessions
- Public Hytale servers
- Testing and educational purposes

Use of the mod must comply with the Hytale End-User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Servers

You may install and use JujutsuHytale on private or public Hytale servers.

A server may receive donations or otherwise operate under Hytale's permitted server monetization rules, but access to JujutsuHytale itself may not be sold, rented or placed behind a separate mandatory paywall.

You may not present JujutsuHytale as an official feature of Hytale, Hypixel Studios or any other rights holder.

3. Videos, Streams and Screenshots

You may create and publish:

- Gameplay videos
- Livestreams
- Screenshots
- Reviews
- Tutorials
- Social-media content

This content may be monetized through normal platform advertising, subscriptions or donations.

When reasonably possible, please credit JujutsuHytale and link to the official CurseForge project page.

4. Modpacks and Collections

You may include JujutsuHytale in CurseForge modpacks or collections only by referencing the official CurseForge project as a dependency.

You may not directly bundle, mirror, re-upload or redistribute the JujutsuHytale files through another website, launcher, archive, cloud-storage service or distribution platform without prior written permission.

5. Modifications and Derivative Versions

You may not publicly distribute:

- Modified versions
- Forks
- Ports
- Decompiled or reconstructed versions
- Translated packages
- Repacked versions
- Extracted assets
- Individual code, animation, model, texture, sound or interface files

without prior written permission from the JujutsuHytale author.

Private modifications made solely for personal testing may not be distributed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

- Sell or sublicense the mod
- Claim the mod or any part of it as your own work
- Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices
- Use the project name or branding to impersonate the official project
- Redistribute private, unreleased or testing builds
- Use the mod in malware, spyware, scams or deceptive software
- Use the mod in connection with NFTs, speculative crypto assets or play-to-earn blockchain systems

7. Third-Party Components

This license applies only to original JujutsuHytale code and assets owned by the project author.

Third-party libraries, dependencies, tools or assets included or referenced by the project remain governed by their own respective licenses.

This license does not grant ownership or rights to Hytale, Jujutsu Kaisen or any other third-party intellectual property.

8. No Warranty

JujutsuHytale is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

The author is not responsible for crashes, corrupted worlds, data loss, incompatibilities, server problems or other damages resulting from installation or use of the mod.

Users are responsible for creating backups and using compatible versions.
