New content 

• I’ve hand drawn all 150 Hiragana and Katakana pixel sprites with a new custom font. 

• I’ve added subtle shading to show the correct stroke direction for every Hiragana and Katakana character, darker is stroke start location and lighter is where the stroke ends.

• Aiming at a placed Hiragana and Katakana character will now tell you their pronunciation sound in English phonetics with white text, similar to use prompts on interactables, so it's quicker to check the meaning if you forget.

• Characters now have custom graphics in the inventory

Bug fixes

• New font should make characters like ‘Po’ and ‘Bo’ more clearly different as they were too similar before.

• Graphical bug fixed for the inside of the Samurai helmet in the supporter edition.

Important

Remember to remove existing Japanese Writing Mods from your Mod directory before placing the new one in.

This version is ‘v1.0.1’ so check you have this one placed in.

Remember to re activate it from the world settings menu before loading in.

Benches may need to be broken and re-placed on the ground to work after update, I’m not sure what causes this.

Although switching between mod versions seemed to work ok for me in testing there may be bugs or problems, please report them on my discord or the curseforge comments section.
