Breaks all current packs due to structure changes in the editor UI for the Interactive Fluid Ticker!

• reorganized the Interactive Fluid Ticker editor elements
• fixed bugs
• the configuration for the flow shape is now in its own separate tab
• Block Collisions now split in spread/demote ->
  • spread: defines the block collisions that happen on fluid spread
  • demote: defines the block collisions that occur when the fluid no longer makes contact with the block
