[+] Violations/Flag amount now resets every 3 minutes for every player at once. In future updates an automated action like report or kick can be executed here.

[#] Fixed falses when using a bed or chair. This now uses the proper packet to check for the mount instead of using the interaction system.
[#] Fixed general falses with riding horses (i broke this in an earlier update)
[#] Fixed some falses and issues in the MoveLimit check
[#] Fixed a race condition in multi-threaded violation handling. Now the messages and violation amount are in the correct order.
