[+] Overhauled ServerSideCollision configuration options with new override rules for specific Block IDs. Look at the documentation to get a detailed explaination and how-to. This system allows to, for example, have setbacks enabled for bedrock but only have blackscreens for all other blocks. 
[+] Added ServerSideCollision config option "UseAdvancedPhaseCheck", this is a different additional way to check for noclip/phasing which is more aggressive and also detects when a player teleports through blocks.
