This is mostly a bugfix/stability update

[+] Added some better logging for join/leave to debug issues, using proper hytale logger now
[+] Lag compensation now applies to gamemode changes and gamemode exemptions
[+] /hyac info <player> command added. Provides a few infos like gamemode, uuid, amount of violations and more. This command also prints an error in case the player isn't registered by HyAC. If you see that, please report it to me (with logs).

[#] Fixed some critical bugs
[#] Reduced issues with teleports

[-] removed kick when player is not registered (for now). Instead a servere warning gets logged to the console.

I know it needs more checks and features, but i want to get the base stable first.
