v152.0.0 (2026-10-18) — Observers see fast pistons, pulser shows its setting
- Fixed: an observer facing a piston missed short pulses. An observer only noticed a piston extending or retracting during its regular check every 0.5 s. A Counter set to 1 sends a single 0.1 s pulse, so the piston went out and back in between two checks, and whether the observer fired was down to timing luck (one of two identical pistons worked, the other didn't). Now the piston reports to the observer the moment it moves: one pulse when it extends, one when it retracts. Reported on Discord by dissy_.
- Observer pulses stay separate. Two changes in quick succession now always give two pulses with at least one tick in between. Before, they could merge into one longer signal, so a Counter or Toggle behind the observer saw only one pulse. This also applies to blocks a piston pushes or pulls in front of an observer, e.g. a sticky piston on a short pulse pushing a block in and pulling it straight back now gives two pulses.
- The Pulser shows its setting when you press F, like the Counter, Timer and Repeater: "Pulser: every 0.5 s" up to "every 3.0 s", then "Pulser: off". Suggested by dissy_ on Discord.
- Just replace the jar; worlds, circuits and settings carry over unchanged.
