Improved Command Accessibility

The Reload and Version commands can now be executed by both in-game players and the server console.

Previously restricted to a single execution context, these commands are now fully accessible regardless of where they are triggered from, making server management more flexible and consistent.

• The Reload command can now be executed by:
  • In-game players
  • The server console
• The Version command can now be executed by:
  • In-game players
  • The server console

No behavior changes to the commands themselves — only expanded availability.
