Druid Forms uses a class-based shapeshifting system where each class represents a unique gameplay role. Every class has its own identity, creature skins, and growing ability kit, giving each transformation a purpose beyond appearance.

🏛️ The Druid Shrine

The Druid Shrine is the center of all druid progression.

At the Shrine you can:

The Shrine is your link to Gaia’s wild children and the foundation of every transformation path.

🌲 Class-Based Shapeshifting

Druid Forms is built around playable druid classes instead of a simple animal list.

Each class represents a gameplay role, and each class can contain multiple skins or creature variants. For example, Guardian is a durable frontline class, while Grizzly and Polar Bear are Guardian skins.

🛠️ How to Play

1️⃣ Craft the Druid Shrine
2️⃣ Craft the Druid Totem
3️⃣ Keep the Totem in Slot 1
4️⃣ Use /shapeshift commands or right-click while holding your Druid Totem (or class item like the Life Seed) to open the Quick Select menu and choose a class

⚠️ Druid Inventory Warning:

While transformed, your class hotbar is controlled by Druid Forms ability loadouts.

The Druid Totem binds to Slot 1 while channeling forms, and class hotbar slots may be cleared or rebuilt when transforming.

Do not place or leave normal items in your class hotbar while transformed. Non-druid items placed in these slots may be lost.

Switch back to human form before managing normal inventory items.

📖 Latest Update – V2.5.4

✔ Fixed an issue where tiered class upgrades could revert after reloading a save.
✔ Upgraded class items should now properly restore during login before class loadouts are rebuilt.
✔ Confirmed Prowler Claw upgrades and moved ability slot state survive full relog testing.
✔ This fix should also support the existing tiered upgrade chains for Guardian, Stalker, Forager, and Warden.
✔ Added a clear class hotbar inventory warning while inventory protection is planned for a future update.

Note: Some newer class abilities and polish work are still in progress, but this patch was released early because progression loss is a high-priority bug.
