Drevaxis 0.1.0-beta.13 — the Carbon Engine burns wood

- **The Carbon Engine burns wood now.** A log gives 48 seconds of work, a plank 32, a stick 21. Charcoal is still the best fuel.
- **Charcoal lasts three times as long:** 72 seconds of work a piece instead of 24.
- The engine fills itself from a chest beside it (or on a Cargo Tube line) with Charcoal first and logs after. It never takes planks or furniture from a chest; put those in by hand.
