**CHANGES:**
- Set max surface depth of corruption to be about 5 blocks.  This prevents corruption from seeping too deep to purify, but leaves room for root corruption nuance where smaller crystals wont reach the root of corruptions.  This means if you were to remove the crystal, the corruption would come back from underneath.  The Large crystal and crystal combos will always reach, but are more costly, of course.
- Opened the cap on corruption growth limit.  Default at 10k.  This is what prevents the corruption from getting TOO big and expanding too fast.  once it reaches a certain size, its limited on from where it can expand.
