Comet Raids Redux adds dynamic falling comet events to Hytale, spawning configurable tiered enemy waves with themed encounters and zone-based loot rewards.

- Added config-driven comet chat and banner message templates with placeholders for tiers, waves, timers, and locations.
- Updated spawn and wave HUD logic to read from the new message templates instead of hard-coded strings.
- Added a Voile in-game documentation page (Common/Docs/CustomMod_Comet_Raids_Redux.md) explaining configuration, placeholders, and setup flow.
- Cleaned up generic claim protection provider list and updated the comet reward chest icon.
