  inside the spawn radius via the new `spawnProtectionBlockedPermissions`
  config list
(same names as the permission tabs:

USE_ITEMS,
INTERACT_DOOR,
INTERACT_BENCH,
INTERACT_CHAIR,
INTERACT_PORTAL, 
PVP,
FRIENDLY_FIRE).
Entry is always allowed.
  `spawnProtectionBlocksInteractions` stays as the master on/off switch.
