- Auto announcement recurrence now supports fixed-time mode end-to-end (`RecurringMode = FIXED_TIMES` + `RecurringFixedTimes`) with normalized `HH:mm` validation, dedupe, and scheduler support for both `REAL_TIME` and `IN_GAME_TIME`.
- Auto announcement formatting improvements: gradient rendering is applied to announcement text, including link display text created with `[link|url|message]`.
