Camera Sequence Assets

Adds a `CameraSequenceAsset`, allowing camera sequences (cutscenes, etc.) to be configured and created through the in game asset editor, or through JSON.

- When creating keyframes by command, settings like FOV, duration, etc. can be specified with optional arguments
- When creating keyframes by command, you can use the
--keyframeoptional argument to provide the index of a keyframe to replace. /camerasequence new sequence {SEQUENCE_NAME}can be used to create new sequences by command. The first frame will be set based on where you're currently looking./camerasequence remove sequence {SEQUENCE_NAME}can be used to remove an existing camera sequence./camerasequence remove keyframe {SEQUENCE_NAME} {KEYFRAME}can be used to remove keyframes from an existing camera sequence.- Added CurseForge ID to manifest.
