Camera Sequence Assets

Adds a `CameraSequenceAsset`, allowing camera sequences (cutscenes, etc.) to be configured and created through the in game asset editor, or through JSON.

HideUioption to the root asset to hide the player's UI while the camera sequence is playing. - Fixed more bugs with the camera sequence command.
