Blocking Items

-Improved blocking system, now all blocked items will also be automatically moved into the inventory and won't be able to be moved them into the hotbar while blocked.

-Added full support for armor slots, now blocked armor automatically unequips from the player and its moved into the inventory.

-Added full support for left hand active slot for blocked items and all utility slots (left hand slots).

-Any blocked item not able to fit into the inventory will be drop on the ground (added a 2s cooldown to be picked up).

-Added support and new commands to block/unblock items per player:

"/blockitemplayer <player> <itemID>"     or     "/bip <player> <itemID>"
Blocks the item only for this player in all instances/worlds.
"/unblockitemplayer <player> <itemID>"     or     "/ubip <player> <itemID>"
Unblocks the item only for this player in all instances/worlds.

Can be used without arguments:
"/blockitemplayer"     or    "/bip"
"/unblockitemplayer"     or     "/ubip"
It will choose the player executing the command and the item in main hand.

"/blockiteminstanceplayer <player> <itemID> <instanceID>"
(same with "/blockitemhereplayer", "/biip" y "/bihp")
Blocks the item for this player in that instance/world (works with prefix).

"/unblockiteminstanceplayer <player> <itemID> <instanceID>"
(same with "/unblockitemhereplayer", "/ubiip" y "/ubihp")
Unlocks the item for this player in that instance/world (works with prefix).

Can be used without arguments too:
"/blockiteminstanceplayer"     (or "/blockitemhereplayer", "/biip" y "/bihp")
"/unblockiteminstanceplayer"     (or "/unblockitemhereplayer", "/ubiip" y "/ubihp")
It will choose the player executing the command, the item in main hand and the instance you currently at (works with prefix).

Everything applies instantly live ingame.
Also, added everything into the config JSON file if you want to use it.

-Added support for offline players as targets to block/unblock items, it will apply when they join the server.

-Improved mod pfp and updated mod icon.

-Added an adaption to Cap's Shields (Starky's Shield Captain America mod), in case someone blocks/unblocks a shield, its "LeftHand" variation gets blocked/unblocked automatically too.
