Blocking Items

BIG UPDATE including UI for blocked items, support for deleting/removing existing items, OP bypass is now a toggle.

• Added new UI Menu to view all blocked, removed items at once. You can edit the state of each blocked/removed item. Access (OP only) with "/blockingitemsui" or "/biui" or "/blockui".
• Added new commands for deleting existing items globally (fully blocked, banned). Commands "/deleteitem" or "/removeitem" or "/di" or "/delitem". This will remove the deleted item from all players.
  Command with no arguments will check for the item in the main hand, but you can also use <itemid> as an argument in the command if you prefer.
  After that, you can execute "/syncremoveditems" or "/syncdeleteditems" to also purge offline players and all containers.
• Added new commands for undeleting existing items globally. Commands "/undeleteitem" or "/restoreitem" or "/udi" or "/undelitem". This will restore the deleted item, but will not give it back to all players that had this item before.
  Command with no arguments will check for the item in the main hand, but you can also use <itemid> as an argument in the command if you prefer. Much better if you use the new UI instead of this command.
• Added new config JSON file with "OP bypass" key. Can be changed into false if you prefer to toggle it off. By default OP players bypass the block a blocked item has, but you can turn it off.
• Also added new command to toggle the OP bypass "/biop" or "/blockingitemsop".
• Fixes and optimizations for servers.
