Replaces the Rookwood Gang rank and file with everyone's favorite Scout.
Turns the appearance of all Poachers and Ashwinders into my favorite Scout, who I have named Oswald.
Wish I could fix his outfit when he's impersonating a poacher but I no longer have the ability to edit this mod.
