Terra Wars - Quest Completion Fix

Simple quest change that keeps Close Encounter of the Terra Kind out of the quest log after completing the quest. 

Square intentionally resets the quest after completing it, allowing players to replay the quest. However, this can become an eyesore for players trying to clear out their quest log after finishing a quest, and wanting to track which quests they have yet to finish. 

You don't need to re-complete the quest or anything. This should just properly keep it complete if you already completed it.

Installation

Manually install by double-clicking the .fmod file.
