Rinual's Practice Arena

Added system configuration loading to the arena, allowing your normal graphics and game flags to be loaded. This should prevent people accidentally overwriting their normal system wide save data by mistake. 

Added a weapons truck in the distance. This is an important asset to have load while Flagrum works out an existing bug between the mod loader and file references. Certain file references can cause unrelated assets to unload, the weapons truck is one of the most consistent indicators that this has happened. 

Added some missing weapon that I had not previously found the IDs for prior.
