Hologram Adverts Flickering Fix

Fixes the flickering present on certain hologram advertisements throughout Night City.

I appreciate what the Cyberpunk 2077 developers were aiming for with the scrolling effect, but to me it comes across more as distracting flickering than a convincing hologram display. At first, I genuinely thought my game was bugged before realizing it was an intentional effect.

This mod removes that distracting flicker, making hologram advertisements appear cleaner while preserving their overall style.

Installation

Download the mod. You should get a .zip file.
Go to where your game is installed and drop the contents of the archive in there.
In the end it should look like this:
