Let's Party

Multilingual group and raid recruitment for Chronicles of Arcadia with AutoInvite, PartyBoard integration, event tracking, Quick Raid profiles, and five minimap actions.

Let's Party

Spend less time organizing and more time playing.

Let's Party is a multilingual group and raid recruitment addon created specifically for Chronicles of Arcadia. It combines the game’s native PartyBoard with keyword invitations, configurable announcements, recruitment automation, public event tracking, reusable raid setups, and convenient minimap actions.

Native Group Recruitment

Create and manage native PartyBoard listings directly through Let's Party.

Recruitment can be configured for:

  • Private groups
  • Native instances and events
  • Predefined public events
  • World Bosses
  • Custom public events
  • Saved private group templates

Depending on the selected activity, Let's Party supports group capacities of 6, 12, or 36 players. Custom events and private templates can also be saved without an Object ID, although an Object ID is required when creating a native PartyBoard listing.

Available recruitment options include:

  • Automatic acceptance of PartyBoard applicants
  • Automatic conversion from party to raid
  • Automatic Raid Assistant assignment
  • Manual raid conversion and Raid Assistant actions
  • Capacity-aware invitations
  • Configurable loot quality and distribution
  • Optional Loot Master assignment
  • Automatic recruitment announcements
  • Optional full-group announcements
  • Confirmation before replacing or changing an active recruitment

A clickable [HERE] application link is included whenever a matching native PartyBoard listing is available. Other players do not need Let's Party installed to use this link.

Keyword AutoInvite

Let's Party monitors selected chat channels and automatically invites players when one of your configured keywords appears.

Each recruitment configuration supports:

  • One primary keyword
  • Up to five secondary keywords
  • Separate switches for primary and secondary keywords
  • Reusable keyword presets
  • One-time keywords for individual configurations
  • Case-insensitive keyword recognition
  • Capacity checks and pending-invitation timeouts

Supported monitored channels include:

  • Say
  • Zone
  • Guild
  • World
  • Whisper
  • Joined custom channels

Keyword presets are shared between private and public recruitment configurations and can be added or removed as needed.

Recruitment Announcements

Recruitment calls can be sent manually, automatically after creating a group, or repeatedly at a configurable interval.

Announcements can contain:

  • The Let's Party heading
  • The selected event or instance
  • Local event start time
  • Primary recruitment keyword
  • A clickable PartyBoard application link
  • Current group capacity
  • Optional full-group notification

The capacity display can be configured globally:

  • Free slots: remaining places out of the maximum
  • Total slots: current members out of the maximum

Recruitment announcements remain in English regardless of the selected interface language, allowing players using different client languages to understand the same message.

Public Events and World Bosses

The event overview displays upcoming activities within the next twelve hours.

It combines:

  • Recurring public events
  • The native World Boss schedule
  • Player-created daily or weekly events
  • Optional registration times
  • Separate registration and start columns
  • Today and tomorrow indicators
  • Individual recruitment settings for each event

World Boss entries use the native schedule and provide detailed hover information such as duration, location, transport information, attendance requirements, rewards, and prerequisite status. Defeated World Bosses are removed from the overview when reported by the game.

Custom public events can define:

  • Display name
  • Optional Object ID
  • Daily or weekly recurrence
  • Weekday
  • Registration time
  • Start time
  • Recruitment lead time
  • Group capacity
  • Keywords and monitored channels
  • PartyBoard, difficulty, loot, and automation settings

Hidden and non-upcoming events remain accessible through the event manager.

Quick Raid

The Quick Raid tab stores multiple named party or raid setups with up to 36 players each.

Saved setups can preserve:

  • Party or raid mode
  • Raid groups and positions
  • Raid Assistant and other raid roles
  • Raid target markers
  • Instance difficulty
  • Awakened+ level
  • Loot quality and distribution
  • Loot Master

Quick Raid can invite missing members and restore the saved settings, positions, and roles once the group has formed.

Available actions include:

  • Save the current group under a custom name
  • Invite missing members
  • Edit the saved roster and settings
  • Reload the selected group
  • Disband the current group
  • Remove a saved setup without affecting the current group

Potentially disruptive actions are protected by confirmation dialogs.

Whitelist and Blacklist

Let's Party provides shared player lists that apply to private recruitment, public events, World Bosses, and Quick Raid.

  • Whitelisted players have their native PartyBoard applications accepted automatically while a Let's Party recruitment is active.
  • Blacklisted players are excluded from keyword invitations, have PartyBoard applications declined, and are skipped by Quick Raid.

Each list supports up to 200 players with paginated selection and quick name removal.

Instance Difficulty

Let's Party supports both traditional instance difficulties and the Chronicles of Arcadia Awakened system.

Depending on the selected instance, available modes can include:

  • Ask before entering
  • Easy
  • Normal
  • Hard
  • Awakened
  • Awakened+

Awakened+ provides levels 1 through 7 and displays the corresponding native instance name and monster/reward information.

The selected difficulty is applied when Let's Party creates the group and is not repeatedly forced after later roster or zone changes.

Five Minimap Actions

Let's Party provides five independently configurable native minimap buttons:

  • Configuration – opens Let's Party on the Private recruitment tab
  • Call – sends the active recruitment announcement
  • Reload Group – reloads the selected saved Quick Raid group
  • Leave Instance – leaves the current instance
  • Reset Instance – resets the current group instance

The Call button’s right-click menu can select a channel for manual announcements and enable, disable, or change the active announcement interval.

Reload Group, Leave Instance, and Reset Instance use confirmation dialogs by default. These confirmations can be disabled individually through the configuration page or the corresponding button’s right-click menu.

The shared right-click navigation provides quick access to:

  • Private recruitment
  • Public Events
  • Quick Raid
  • Configuration
  • Recruitment start and stop
  • Manual recruitment calls

All buttons use the game’s native minimap-button collection and positioning behavior.

Multilingual Interface

The complete Let's Party interface is available in:

  • English
  • German
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Polish
  • Turkish
  • Russian
  • Arabic
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Japanese

By default, the addon follows the game client’s language automatically. A different language can be selected from the Configuration tab without reloading the interface.

English is used as the fallback if a translation is ever unavailable.

Interface and Configuration

Let's Party uses a modern dark interface with orange highlights, dedicated tabs, contextual tooltips, and clearly separated recruitment settings.

The main tabs are:

  • Private
  • Public Events
  • Quick Raid
  • Configuration

Additional options include:

  • Enable or disable all addon tooltips
  • Show or hide each minimap button individually
  • Configure menu scale and transparency
  • Configure safety confirmations
  • Show or hide secondary-keyword inputs
  • Choose the announcement capacity format
  • Manage the whitelist and blacklist
  • Reopen the introduction and help window

Most live settings are saved automatically. Private templates and public event configurations provide explicit save actions.

AddonManager Integration

When AddonManager is installed, Let's Party registers itself with:

  • Name and version
  • Addon icon
  • Slash commands
  • A Mini-Addons bar entry
  • Per-character activation controls

AddonManager is optional. Let's Party does not require ComeOnIn or any other addon.

Getting Started

Open Let's Party with:

  • /lp
  • /letsparty

You can also use the minimap buttons or the optional AddonManager entry.

The introduction shown on first login explains the main features and provides a direct link to the game’s native group recruitment.

Development Status

Let's Party is under active development. Feedback and bug reports regarding PartyBoard recruitment, keyword invitations, chat delivery, group automation, event timing, and Quick Raid restoration are highly appreciated.
