Reallocates stat distributions on new wild spawns to have a chance to be more extreme.
With this mod a wild dino has a much higher chance to spawn with a majority of levels allocated to one or two stats instead of the typical relatively even default distribution.
NOTE: This mod will not change the level of spawning dinos - it strictly reallocates stat points.
