This is a light-weight mod designed as a middle ground between unrestricted flying and banning flying altogether.
It allows normal flying but adds a fatigue gauge that gradually fills while in flight. Fatigue reduces maximum stamina while in the air. When fatigue is 100%, the flyer can no longer fly and must rest for an extended period (a timer is placed over the fatigue gauge). While walking or fighting on the ground, or flying without a rider, stamina is unaffected by fatigue.
The fatigue gauge scales slightly with maximum stamina. Total allowed flight time is set at 5 min + 1 min per 400 stamina.
