Treasure Map Chest [Crossplay]

- Pushing fix for allowing crafting in player inventory and changed crafting requirements to be more unique.
- Only PC for now to ensure it does work on servers
- Noticed bug of chest not consuming on placement, not entirely sure why that is yet but want to see if it is present on live game
