Resonant's Shop Mod

This mod will allow server Admins to create in game packages consisting of dinos and items that players can purchase for in game points.

-Fixed issue where editing a package that has the resticted purchase amount enabled would remove it
-Added ability to see players points amount on the Trading Panel while in Admin
-Added the ablity to earn points (flat amount or percentage) when killing another player
-Added the option to spawn dinos in a cryopod
-Added the ability to hide player names on the trading panel
-Added some missing dinos/items
