Resonant's Shop Mod

-Removed ability to give players points through commands
-Removed ability to give players points through the trade menu when in Admin Mode
-Adding mod back to cross-platform

These changes are to prevent any outside ability to give players points. The only way players are now able to earn points is by playing the game over time, preventing any exchange of points for real world currency.
