Reinforced Structure Tier

- added lighted pillar in 1, 2, 3, and 4 sided variations
- fixed issue with triangle roof placing as vanilla if inverted
- fixed issue with sloped walls placing as vanilla if inverted left, inverted right, and right sloped walls
- fixed an issue with greenhouse doors placing as vanilla doors
- fixed an issue with the short greenhouse door turning into a double door when placed
- fixed an issue with lighted ceilings not emitting light properly
- allowed all lighted structures to have the lights painted
- ensured that all the gates were displaying the correct name
