NoDurabilityArmor

This update is an overhaul for NoDurabilityArmor. I have tried to address the major bugs.

RESOLVED: Added NoDurability variants for Stone Arrows, Tranq Arrows, Flame arrows and Grappling Hooks to be used with the ND Crossbow and ND Bow to maintain functionality. I also added variants for Spear Bolts, Tranq Spear bolts and the Net for the harpoon launcher. All other vanilla ammo should work with NoDurabilityArmor variants of weapons, such as Tranq Darts with the ND Longneck rifle etc. Due to the specific way the crossbow and harpoon launcher is made in the game, the only way I could get them to function is to add the varients, they are exactly the same as their counterparts except they are edited to help work with the their respective weapon and to try to ensure functionality.

RESOLVED: The ND Torch now properly attaches to belts and dino saddles.

RESOLVED: The ND Cloth Shirt mesh for female characters is now fixed.

UPDATED: Expanded the list of items. Full list is in the description.

NEW: Cross-Platform support.

NEW: Support for Scorched Earth items: Desert Cloth, Chainsaw, Flamethrower, Whip.
