Loot Drop Scanner

Adds a radial wheel option to highlight all loot drops, Resource Caches, Outposts, Plant Proto Species R, and OSDs on the map.

Should also correctly display the color of the object.

EnableLogging=false DisabledScanTypes=DisabledScan1,DisabledScan2,DisabledScan3

Possible disabled scan types:

• Supply Drop
• Outpost
• Resource Cache
• Orbital Supply Drop
• Plant Proto Species R

This is mostly a personal mod, don't expect too much.
