Added a dedicated marker buff to track whether a baby has already received the Growth Buff

Prevented repeated Growth Buff stacking on the same baby

If a player tries to use the Growth Buff again on a baby that already received it, the item is returned instead of being consumed

Growth handling was moved into the central buff logic to ensure reliable behavior across all use cases
