**GON Creature Charms V19**
- Added Regulat Reaper Charm
- Added Charm Constructor
- Added Buffing Charm Info UI
- Reworked the Charm Deconstructor
- The Charm Constructor has been added to get around the fact that Blueprints would auto craft in the Replicator this should no longer happen
- The Charm Deconstructor now snaps to the back of the Charm Constructor so you will need to pich them up and place them again
- The Buffing Charm Info UI can be opned by holding down the Use button on the Charm Constructor and selecting the option from the radialwheel
- This UI has a written guide on how the Buffing Charms work, what buffs can be on what harms and what Charms exsist this will get updated along the way
