Dinocrocuta is an aggressive predator built around fighting alone, powerful bites, unique lone mechanics, and gender-based abilities.

⚔️ Abilities

Primary Attack - Bite

• Deals 33 base damage

Secondary Attack - Heavy Bite

• Deals 50 base damage
• Applies a bleed effect
• Bleed deals 28 base damage per tick
• Bleed damage scales with melee damage

Crouch - Howl / Laugh

• Females: Laugh to scare Desmodus and Onyc
• Males: Howl to activate Battle Frenzy for 30 seconds

🧬 Buffs & Passives

Battle Frenzy - Male Howl

Lasts 30 seconds and grants:

• +20 Stamina per second
• +25% Damage Reduction
• +25% Melee Damage

Lone Brawler

Activates while there are 0-1 allied dinos nearby.

While active, Dinocrocuta receives:

• +5 Health per second
• +3 Stamina per second
• +20% Movement Speed
• +50% Melee Damage
• 25% Damage Reduction

Lone Brawler also grants immunity to:

• Hunted
• Impaled
• Stuns
• Yuty Fear
• Intimidation

Uncomfortable

Activates when there is more than 1 allied dino nearby.

• +10% Incoming Damage
• -10% Outgoing Damage

Natural Regeneration

• Health regenerates 20% faster than on most other dinos

Scorched Earth

• Dunes
• Scorched Mountains

Extinction

• Wasteland (Medium)
• Desert Oasis

🐾 Taming

Dinocrocuta uses a special corpse-feeding tame.

• Aggressive by default
• Bring it below 80% Health
• Avoid attacking it for 15 seconds
• It will eventually sit down and become passive
• Feed it suitable corpses while it is resting

Accepted corpses:

• Jerboa
• Vulture
• Microraptor
• Procoptodon
• Terror Bird
• Ovis
• Equus - best taming progress

Once feeding begins, Dinocrocuta temporarily loses its 20% increased health regeneration until it either stands up again or is successfully tamed.
