New Shock / stun from the eel instead of jelly fish so it wont knock other riders on a water tame.

New cloaking hides from wild dinos but you uncloak once you get hit or attack something but wild dinos will not be able to target you now.

once you attack or take damage, cloaking deactivates with a 15 second cooldown before you can cloak again.
