Doomsday Clock

- fixed the Doomsday Clock to display the correct time
- made the Doomsday Clock appear on screen every time a player loads into the game, or dies and respawns.
- changed the red sky into a post process material that will be there for every player
- worked on spawning the meteors...this part not quite there yet
