Death Essence Upgrade

- Last attempt at fixing the Chronicling feature not dropping the creature's inventory bag on land, if this doesn't work I may disable it until the Devkit gets update to assess what the newest Ark update did to it
- Disabled placing Revival Platform on Cliff Platforms, Tree Platforms, and Ocean Platforms since it was intended to be placed on non-structure flat ground
