Cybers Structures QoL+ (Crossplay)

- Fixed Ability to transfer all in the structures that had issues
- Fixed a an issue with the Death Essence, didn't work in some conditions.
- Fixed Tame Grinder thinking everything was a baby.

- Modified Gacha range detection
- Added new Gacha Notification, rather then the Ark way.
- Added remapping to the Advanced Transfer, this should satisfy those using stacking mods and blacklisting
- Added CS Toilet, Fertilizer is still the same Mechanic. The only difference now, you just place meat in for instant spoiling
