Massively overhauled config menu:
- Config menu now has a completely custom tooltip integration, which also works on controllers/consoles (FINALLY)
- Config menu now can be used on dedicated servers by admins! Changes will automatically synchronize between open config menus and there's a small cooldown on changing an option again from the invoking client.
This feature can be enabled by using "ServerUseConfigUI=true" in the GUS.INI. While enabled, the mod is exclusively configurable through the menu. Hot reload functionality also works as intended on dedicated.
- Config menu now has proper categories, which also can be collapsed/expanded! Their state isn't saved between sessions though.
- Added 2 additional mission spawn difficulties: Extreme (Almost only alpha missions) and Impossible (ONLY alpha missions spawning). Those are levels 4 and 5 respectively in the INI and config menu.
- Version bump
