Better Fuel

Adds additional options for various fuels in the game - such as Seed Oil as an early game craftable alternative to regular Oil and an alternative regular Sap recipe for Propellant (run with Better Bugs and Better Minerals for additional rebalancing)
Seed Oil is unlocked at level 6 (same as Mortar and Pestle)
Seed Oil crafted at the Mortar and Pestle costs 10 Seeds (any/combination) and 20 Fiber and Yields 1 Seed Oil
Seed Oil crafted at the Chemistry Bench costs 40 Seeds (any/combination) and 80 Fiber and Yields 6 Seed Oil
Alternative Recipe for Propellant allows regular Sap - Has separate Engram so server admins can choose to include either/both depending on the map's available resources
