Adds additional options for various fuels in the game - such as Seed Oil as an early game craftable alternative to regular Oil and an alternative regular Sap recipe for Propellant (run with Better Bugs and Better Minerals for additional rebalancing)

Hotfix - Propellant Alt Recipe now child of original so it can be used to craft other items
