B+ Spawn Editor

Modded dinos are now automatically added to the drop down list whether they spawn on the map or not, the mod just has to be activated
Removed Amargasaurus from the default list
Added Shastasaurus to the default list
Changed disable/enable name in menu to be easier to understand
