B+ Spawn Editor

Changed settings in the container will update whilst widget is open (made it seem like settings weren't getting saved, it was just the widget not syncing whilst still open)
Altered the dino search to search dino entries rather than just the sub container (still will not search all containers as only 1 is loaded at a time due to network replication limitations)
Reduced lag when first opening spawn editor UI, reduced overall server load
Potential fix for some settings not loading on game/server start
Fixed sometimes removing a entry would remove 2
