Awesome Spyglass!

- Dinos that use scale like fish now show scale instead of level
- All stats are now available and only used stats are shown
- Individual stats can be toggled on/off
- Disabling the colour bar now also applies to structures
- Female dinos show if they are ready to mate
- Dinos show spayed/neutered
- Cave dinos that can not be tamed no longer show "tamable"
- All info is now periodically updated rather than just the bars and buffs
- Festive candy and Dino Colourizer! custom colours are now shown
- Switched to icons instead of text on stat bars
- Fixed incorrect egg team colour
- 100% imprinting will no longer display a next cuddle time or "Wants Care"
- Added built in buffs (mate boost, gang boost, generic boost) to the buff list
- Targeting should be more responsive
- If there is no target the spyglass will "target" the last thing you damaged in the last 0.2 seconds
- Unconscious dinos now display how long until they wake up
- Added "Parent" status to the buff list
