Tropical Stilt House made by Etholdir. Here you can see a variety of custom ASR thatch parts and styles including bamboo wall variants, steep thatch roofs, and thatch roof "rakes" aka roof side overhangs.

ASR adds a variety of new visual variants to the Thatch tier, as well as new parts. Here you can see the thatch staircase, rails, half rails, bamboo and woven variants for some of the ceilings and walls, and bamboo roofs.

Bubu has mixed and matched appearances from the ASR thatch, wood, stone, and adobe tiers to create this amazing modern beach house. Decorations are a mix of Klinger Additional Rustic Building, Bob's Tall Tales, and Summer Bash skins.

Rings of Nessa by IAmNessa. A magnificent floating base in the sky, it makes use of the ASR AntiGrav foundations to do it more "legitimately" (without using special ini settings). Totally worth the exorbitant element cost.

Pickles makes use of one of ASR's most beloved features, the glass. As you can see in his skylight here there are many styles to choose from including various stained glass patterns.

Dedicated Glass tiers exist for Wood, Stone, Adobe, Metal, and Tek tiers. Metal tier glass was used in this picture. Glass tier parts provide greenhouse effect, while ASR Window Panes (door inserts) do not.

ASR Tek Pillars have "Cyber" variants. The neon strips give players the ability to trim their sci fi builds with an awesome glow/outline effect, and build neon signs. Also pictured: Sloped Pillars.

<li>Propulser (Ceiling that can propel you distances ranging from a few feet to several thousand feet with adjustable power settings and direction)</li>
<li>Industrial Lights (Have an Auto On/Off feature that if enabled turns them off during the day and on at night. Can also change their color and brightness, and make them blink or pulse)</li>
<li>Primitive Lights (Torches with the same features as the Industrial Lights)</li>
<li>Air Conditioner (Quieter with different sound effect, better insulation and range, and has a version that places more like a wall sign. Smoke effect removed.)</li>
<li>Hitching Posts (Hitch creatures to a hitching post to keep them from moving, attacking, and responding to whistles. That's about it. They can auto hitch creatures that you dismount or toss near it. You can toggle off the auto-hitching and keep it manual on the hitching post itself. Hitched creatures will still go into stasis.)</li>
<li>Irrigation (Nothing super special, they just have different models and an option that can allow intakes to place out of water)</li>
