Zum Hone for EllesmereUI

- Renamed from Zum Plugin to Zum Hone, with the entire interface rebuilt
- EllesmereUI is now a required dependency, and the settings panel is embedded directly into the EllesmereUI options window
- The slash command is now /zh, and an addon compartment entry has been added
- New: one-click import of my EllesmereUI profile; importing it enables most modules automatically
- New: text labels on the world map for season dungeon/raid entrances, portals and utilities
- The merchant frame can now optionally be expanded to 3 or 4 columns
