    Retire the zugzug.info data source — Raider.IO only

    The website (zugzug.info + the zugzug-cron worker) is being
    decommissioned. Raider.IO has been the richer source since the
    dungeonBuilds rewrite (larger samples, key-level brackets,
    recommendation verdicts, per-dungeon top builds), so the WCL
    pipeline's Data.lua path goes away entirely:

    - Data.lua + scripts/update-data.ts deleted; TOC no longer loads it
    - Core.lua: ZZ.data is always ZugZugDataRIO; dataSource setting,
      /zz source command, and OnDataSourceChanged removed
    - Settings.lua: Build Data Source section removed
    - Workflow: daily cron regenerates DataRIO.lua only
    - TOC/README/release body: zugzug.info links replaced with CurseForge
